i took my exam on March 6th. Unfortunately i couldn't clear it. I learned about the retake policy and enquired Redhat on next day. its been 2 months, i recently heard that my Retake voucher expired on 14th march. The date of Expiry is 8days after my actual exam. These date are irrelevant. Added to that i got this information on 17th April. After serious of email and submitted ticket in Redhat portal , i got this information. Is there a way to request redhat training team to revist the gap and enable my voucher?
