I have been successfully using SSH to access the RH294 labs for about 3 weeks, and last few days my ssh access just stopped working and I get the below error, I have tried on multiple computers and same error. It almost seems like my IP address has been blocked. I receive the below error. I tried other courses as well (DO280 and DO316) and I am having the same issue.
How do I resolve this?

@ohthree SSH access is not enabled for these courses generally. Since you are a Red Hatter , I am not sure if you were provided it specifically through RHU.
Please raise a support case to have this investigated from the backend.
Yes. This is through RHU. All the courses have instructions in the Lab Environment Tab titled "SSH Private Key and Instructions" with the SSH Key attached for one to download and use for SSH access.
Is there another community for RHU?
