Satellite remote execution newbie questions

Hi guys,

As new to redhat and Satellite, we are looking to clearly understand the remote executions concepts and how to correctly configure our thing to be able to manage all current hosts and future we will have.

• What are the best pratice to assure remote execution success ?
• Do you use root account ?
• Do you create generique account only for Satellite remote execution ?
• How do you configure thing in Satellite ?
• What about the ssh-copy-id concept ?
• SSH users vs ssh effective user (and related password)

I saw some documentation and articles, but still have some learning to get to have a full understand.

Anyone here can help learning about those thinkg and help me configure thing right!

Unfortunately i was not referring to any training course or exam...but having some input from experienced Red Hatter that use the product Red Hat Satellite and how they configured it!
