Redhat Team is saying my previous eligibility was closed , I really don’t understand. Can someone please help. I have official email confirmation of exam and which is lost now. I don’t know what to do.

Hi @Dumbuser ,

Your exam, initially scheduled for October 3, 2025 and it was closed since you havent logged in. There is still a RETAKE option available in the Redhat scheduler portal. 

Regarding the mentioned date (Scheduled Date and Time
2025-10-17 12:30 PM) , Attach the copy of the exam confirmation email stating the dates scheduled to the support ticket.

@AnithaRaaji Yes it was and I rescheduled it almost more than 65 hours before.  I have confirmation email. I am working with Redhat Team. In email It is stated that already on the email.
