Since two days my RHL portal are not working and RHL is giving no good support on this.

Hi Team,

Kindly help me if anybody can take this seriously. Since 2 days Iam not able to do my practice of my RH199 Labs as my Console is not working full functional. I have paid a big amount and since two day iam unable to do any practice. This is the fault of redhat that Iam not getting my labs and console full functional and redhat should provide me extension in my Labs for two more days as my labs are not working because of redhat's fault and not because of me .

I can upload images if needed .

Really not at all happy with Redhat Learning for such a support iam getting. Two days full waste no practice even paying big amount.

@garvchaudhary what is the error that you are facing with the console ? Please help me with a screenshot. Have you already raised a support case ?

Yes I have raised . They are saying Jupiter is having some issues. I'm
really not happy with support on ticket.Those guys are just giving replies
and closing the tickets. Iam more satisfied with your support. Thank you so
much.

ok @garvchaudhary in that case, are you able to open the VNC console ?

Yes . Today I have access vnc consoles of workstation server. But this is not easy for my typing.

I was taking white console on jupiter and do practice that increase my pace of typing. But its fine. What else I can do .

@garvchaudhary for the time being use the VNC console so that you can continue with your progress and in the meanwhile let the backend team work on to resolve the jupyter console issue. Sometimes multiple teams are involved in resolving a platform issue which could take time and we regret the incovenience caused.

Also, practising in the VNC console will help you in the exam as you wont get a jupyter console there.
