There are a lot of fuss using labs

Hi all,
I'm triyng to study for EX380/EX480/EX374 but I'm very frustrating about labs.
Every day, every lab take 30-40 min to start and most time there are errors in lab script, then I have to stop and restart lab (that starts in about 10 minuts second time).
It's a very big losing time.
I've a PREMIUM learning subscription.
Anyone has same problem?
Thanks
Fabio

Yes, it seems more of a problem during the daytime hours (like 07:00 - 15:00 UTC). On the vm's I also encouter problems connecting to the internet (Firefox has a lot of documentation linked as bookmarks) which are not always reachable.

Ciao Fernando,

per una cosa che costa migliaia di euro mi aspetto performance al top.

Sinceramente è abbastanza deludente.

Hi @Serdhub ,

Thanks for reaching out !

Please open a support case from your ROL portal describing the issue that you are facing as of now. Our support team will help you with the assistance.

Regarding the lab start time - Yes the OCP cluster ( and it's components ) takes time to get ready before they can accept the requests. You can ssh to utility server ( from workstation) as lab user and then can run ./wait.sh to check if the OCP cluster is ready or not. Once the cluster is up and running , you can start the exercises.

I've started EX480 and noticed that the first Lab (not Guided Exercise) did not start after 50 min. Out of frustration I stopped and restarted the Lab Environment. The next step is to destroy (and recreate) the Lab Environment. Is there anyone to contact for assistance?
