Trying to boot to remote exam but I keep getting the same error

Hello. I have the RHCSA next week and I was trying to see if everything looks alright in the testing environment. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same error, whether it's at the wifi at my place or the wifi at my friend's place. I have also used a different laptop. I keep seeing:

"Networking does not appear to be configured. Click OK to configure it now."

I contacted Support, and they advised me to be on DMZ connection, which I am. Do I have to manually set up a VPN or a Network Proxy Configuration with its URL? None of this was talked about on the "How To Take a Red Hat Exam" Tutorial.

"Do I have to manually set up a VPN or a Network Proxy Configuration with its URL?" - usually not. It depends on how your network is configured.
If changing the provider (possible firewall settings, restrictions) does not help, change the network adapter of your computer. The issue may be caused by an incompatible network adapter. So go from ethernet to wifi to vice-versa, or use an external USB to Eth. (or wifi) adapter, simply to engage different drivers.

That seems a little much just to take a remote exam. My Network Adapter seems to be working fine. I'll just take it at a testing center.

what is the speed of your internet connection. As I remember, the minimum parameters given by redhat may be enough to connect, but certainly not for effective work. I estimate that the minimum is symmetric 50Mb/s. But to work in good conditions you should have over 500Mb/s. It's best to have a fiber connection.

No way. This is too much. I agree passing the compatibility test does not assure you to be able to take the exam without pain. The exam reliably works with 10/10Mbps speeds. It is important to have lower latency and jitter numbers. Avoid mobile hotspots using 4G and 5G technology. You can verify the network params at speed.io, for instance.
