Trying to change my email, but Red Hat is still trying to verify my previous email address.
Hello,
I am trying to change my user email address, which is incorrect, for the right one. But everytime I try to do it, the system is trying to send a verification email to the address that obviously does not exist...
Trying to get Support goes to the same rabbit hole...
Anything else I can do to correct my email address?

That is the thing, I can't create a Support case, because it is still asking me to verify my email... Otherwise I would have done that.

@Phranxxx where do you want to change your email ? In the Learning portal for your subscription ? You can write a mail to training@redhat.com with your query and they can help/redirect you towards resolution.
