Unable to download RedHat certificate

Hi, 
Has anyone faced trouble downloading certificate of attendance from https://role.rhu.redhat.com/ ?

I took the RH294 Ansible course and I'm getting a unauthorized error when trying to download it. I'm sure it worked before with another course so is there any change I'm unaware of?

In general, I think the old way was better. If you are RHCA of a higher level, this is not reflected on credly badges.

Hi, I am also facing the same issue. No links to download in certification profile of redhat account. And no update from credly yet. Any timelines please so that can wait & check ?

Hello @RH_Soumyashree !

When did you clear your certification ? It generally takes 48 business hours to have your certificate in Credly but if there is a weekend in between , it might take more than that.

https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications please login into this link with ID same as the exam you should be able to download the certificate.

Could you please share screen? As few folks mentioned in download there is empty page, no error, nothing. Credly, does not reflect RHCA level. In the past pdf cert was providing that info.

@mgregorczyk yes credly certs or badges does not display RHCA level as of now.

Login to https://www.credly.com/users/sign_in with you redhat registered email(You can see "continue with google" account option at login page if you dont want to register) and you will the see share option after you login on the ceritification you see on the main page. in the next screen you will see the donwload option.

I have logged in Red hat portal but not able to see the certificate, although i have passed the exam.
