The email which is sent out to the Candidate which reports total exam scores and section scores, can be more visual which can therefore enhance the user experirence. The email does not give a sense of accomplishment for those who pass, nor does it empathise for the ones who will do it better for the next time. A candidate puts in huge effort to take up an exam and awaits keenly for the chiming email.
