Using a Chromebook for Remote Exam

"Chromebooks are a new type of computer designed to help you get things done faster and easier. They run ChromeOS, an operating system that has cloud storage, the best of Google built-in, and multiple layers of security."

Some Chromebooks may appear to meet the required specifications, as they feature an x86_64 architecture CPU and 8GB of RAM. However, can they be used to run a Red Hat certification remote exam?

While some enthusiasts might be able to modify certain Chromebooks to boot from a USB thumb drive with a Fedora spin, this process is quite challenging. Is it really worth the effort?

In my opinion, using Chromebooks to conduct the certification remote exam is practically impossible and not advisable. However, I welcome any differing opinions or experiences—please feel free to share them with us.
