What would you like to see in a learning community?

The Red Hat Learning Community is built to connect open source practitioners as they upskill and use open source technology - what would you like to see in this community to help foster a deeper connection between members and enhance the community experience?

Learning community should be with well defined steps for the learning path. It can deliver the certification paths, learning materials, troubleshooting steps, lab exercises, frequently occuring issues details.

What I really would like is an app which allows the course material to be temporarily stored/downloaded locally (a bit like the Netflix app) so I can watch the instruction videos while not connected to my wifi. (mobile data is still expensive in Belgium) I spend lots of time waiting in the car for my kids to finish their sports/music/hobbies and if I could use that otherwise wasted time productively that would be fantastic.

One of the suggestions already made - having separate disucssion groups for different certifications or trainings. Training or learning path for certifications, training sources and labs that we can rent for specific trainings.
