Hi, I am also facing the same issue. No links to download in certification profile of redhat account. And no update from credly yet. Any timelines please so that can wait & check ?
Hi 24 hours passed rather more than that ?
No update from Credly as well as Red Hat ?
Please help & guide me on the same if you can !!!
https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications please login into this link with ID same as the one used to login into exam and download the certificate.
It is not possible to download the certificate from https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications. Download page is blank. The only way to download the certificate is at credly.com which is so stupid. I really dont know why redhat disable that option to download it directly from https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications. I dont want to use credly so it would be really nice to enable that download option at https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications.
I'm facing the same issue.
I passed the RHCSA on Monday and still cannot gain access to my cert.
The badge is available but the cert is not.
I contacted support and they are going around in circles. The cert is not availalbe to download from credly or from my certificate page on redhat.com.
Better for them to tell us it takes 3 days or whatever than to have us keep checking.
Hello @bcpenguin !
Since the badge is already available - Click on the share option just above your badge :
When you click on share you will get an option to download the certificate :
Did you try this ? Please try and see if this helps you, otherwise you need to raise a support case.
