We have a program for that!

Red Hat Embedded Program 

Here in the Training group, we don't currently make courses for the embedded version.

But, your contact in the Embedded Program will be able to answer all your questions about the program and obtaining resources.  I don't believe that the embedded version is a normal part of the common Red Hat Developer subscription, but that is a question for your Embedded Program contact.
