cannot download student guides

Everytime i try to download a studentguide i get an error:

The enrollment provided could not be found. Please contact Red Hat Training Support for further assistance.

I tried everything, incognito mode etc, but nothing helps. I created a supportcase, and the guide was downloaded for me. Today i tried to download another guide, but still the same issue.

What is the problem?

@rmokkink Usually incognito mode works for this issue.

In your case, I suggest raise a support case for this issue with all the details. Also mentioned old case number. This will help to resolve the issue faster.

I updated the case and did a escalation i am fed up with the ROL not working properly.
