I received an email offering a second shot so at the moment it seems there is an offer for that. It is a limited time offer though by the looks of it. You'd need to be on the mailing list to receive the email though.
I guess you are like me and got hammered by the exam and didn't pass? I took it yesterday and wasted a lot of time but now I know what I'm up against I will crush it next time.
