how to check load test on application

Hi All,

I am using product Tomcat  proct &  deployed sample.war file .

My intension is check application load test .

My sample application url :

http://localhost:8080/sample

or 

http://ip-address:8080/sample

How to give requests for check load test for functionality check .

Is it possible check application access load test or not .

Please provide me command if possible load test on application (sample.war as per URL) .

Hi,

There are possible approaches you can use to load test your app:

ab (https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/programs/ab.html) that might test your welcome page processing.

For a more complex use case (with dynamic parameterization) you might want to consider JMeter (jmeter.apache.org)
