Thanks for reaching out.

Your message suggests you're using a partner-based Open subscription, which has a specific capacity limit. If the lab setup doesn't work, try again later.

Hello @sabari2 !

The partner based Open learning is by design with a limited capacity  as per partner enrollment policy - you should either wait for trying later ( generally odd hours - out of office hours will work if you need ) or raise the concern with the partner via support case.
