redhat remote exam issue

Today when I test the USB live boot and after configured system settings I faced issue that I  can't access the compatibility test and my exam and show me this error:
The onboarding process could not be initialized.
Can any one help me ASAP cause my exam next Wednesday

I am now facing same problem, either. I am using same laptop which I successfully take other RedHat exam successfully. I am using the image RHRE-20210309. I redownloaded the image and tried again, but problem still occurs.

I too facing the same issue. my voucher is about to expire in few days but no physical exam center in my city.

I tried this on 4-5 different laptops but facing same issue everywhere. Due to this error i can not give remote exam. please help...

Seeing the same issue. Tried couple of laptops  one shows 100% and environment loading into memory and noting happening. other laptop Completed the 100% and blank screen. 

Could you please help me to resolve the issue.

i have the same issue What I do is click on "Try Again" five times, then wait 15 minutes, then click on "Try Again," and it works for me.
