How can i schedule rhcsa exam? What is the steps to schedule the exam?

If you have a red hat subscription you can enrol yourself for EX200 and then use scheduler app ( https://rhtapps.redhat.com/individualexamscheduler/#/Dashboard ) to schedule the date and time for the exam.

Else you can check this link for EX200 : https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex200-red-hat-certified-system-administrator-rhcsa-exam   select your country and click on "Get Started".

In general, the process is:

1. Sign up for a Red Hat personal account. You already have this.
2. Purchase an exam voucher for your desired exam. This either needs you to pay by credit card, or by using training credits if your employer has paid a subscription for you.
3. Book an exam time+date and use the exam voucher.
4. Take the exam.
5. If you do not pass on your first try, the voucher can be used for a re-take.
