rol login is failing.

I am getting this error on login screen for rol to access my labs and training. My labs are running currently and I have lost complete control to access or use it. Can anyone suggest where to reach for help ?

@mrod1 Were you able to reach anyone on chatsupport or raise a ticket with support or any news when access will get available ?

I'm getting the same error cant log into my RHLS either. Just getting a authentication failure

Now RHLS login is working. More than 2 hours of lab time lost besides the tempo of learning and practising on a weekend. I hope someone will listen and do the needful. Frustrating when such incident happens.
