I want to give feedback for the same.
@garvchaudhary You can use the same support case link for providing a feedback about support. If you want to escalate something, you can very well mention the same in that case.
There is no link of escalate my issue. How it goes to escalation team ?
@garvchaudhary Yes there is no link to escalate, you can mention your issue in the support case and your wish to escalate, it will be taken care. You can DM me the issue as well, I can take a look as well.
