I registered for RCHSA EX200 exam for today from the subscriptions i got from my employer. I had Undergone training for RHEL8 .
When i started my exam first screen itself i noticed the exam was not for RHEL8 it was for RHEL7 , at that same time itself informed the person who was in chat that i am not supposed to write this exam , i need to write redhat 8 instead of 7 , then they said it was registered for RHEL 7 , honestly i was not aware about this , i didnt attempted the exam and instead i came out and tried to call Redhat education support team , whether i can reschedule the exam with new version ie 8 ? i really dont want to loose my subscription , can someone please advise
