Incorrect Usage of virtual Lab Hours

Prior to this it only showed 5/60 hours of usage

Hello, Here is a quick video around the lab usage for RHLS. We use the same structure for the RHA Learning Platform as well. experienced same problem. my lab hours suddenly increased by 10. pretty sure i did not forget to stop the lab since it was unable for use last week.
