CORONA - Extension of subscription

Is there anyway to get an extension on my current redhat learning subscrption as this is being very difficult for me to cope up with the situation at home and office. I already have scheduled an exam and please let me know if i have to reschedule it. But one major request is to extend this subscription for 6 months so that i will not regret loosing this course. Please help me.  Thanks,'
