Hello RedHat,
as my learning subscription expires in 68 days I am not able to plan any exam due to Corona. So also the last two months and the next two/three months. I have read that taking the any exam will be extended but what about extend the access to the virtual labs??
I need to practice before taking any exam. Is it possible to extend also the virtual labs access??
Hope to hear from you soon.

As currently some of the labs do not work correctly or do not work at all (as in my case for RH436), I also hope Red Hat will consider extending the access to labs by a period equal to that of the malfunction.
Today there was an outage. Now the RHLS is back and it seems that the labs have been fixed, they do provision correctly (and the servers' setup seems to work much faster than before).
Thanks to Red Hat for the resolution!
I have similar situation . I have 250 Lab hours left and 20 days of RHLS left. So many people have raised this issue but RH training guys seem to have turned blind eye on this issue. I am amazed this was not done at first place when in march exams policy was announced (covid response).
Could anyone please tell me how is it justified ? So we have unused lab hours but you want us to renew RHLS .
On top of that when I am trying to utilise some lab hours in remaining days of RHLS, my labs are not working . Start deleting automatically . Once stopped never starting. Have to delete and try. Install ansible tower again (20-25 mins) and then suddenly lab gets deleted.
So dissapointed to be honest !
here is the screenshot for the lab's issue. this has been going on for last few days
