Kiosk exam availablity and COVID-19

Dear Red Hat,

We did not receive any information regarding Exam Kiosk availability while the COVID-19 and restriction around that are in place.
In my country, the Red Hat Partners where kiosk exam resides are closing the offices due to government restrictions. 
Could you please confirm that you are developing some solution which will be extending the exams expiration period for the exam until the situation will be back to normal?
Or is there any plans to attend exams from home?

I know this is a difficult time for many of us.
Please care for each other and our communities when it counts.

Congratulations!! That is a great achievement 
That's great that still, some exam offices are open in your country.
I was preparing for a retake of RH442 but now all plans are destroyed.
I had an exam scheduled for June but it got cancelled.
I have mixed emotions about all situation.

I understand what you are going through. I had to travel to Paris or Lyon a dozen of times before the Nice individual exam facility was set up, just a couple of months ago. It really makes a huge difference in terms of time, effort and cost.

It was also annoying to keep preparing for the same exam for about 2 months, even beyond the expiration of my RHLS, not knowing the enddate of the lockdown until pretty recently.

Yes, I feel extremely lucky to now have an individual exam center in my city, I just wish it had opened one year before :D
I'm also relieved I have been able to take all of my RHLS exams. My current subscription expired end April and this morning's exam was my last one.

My point was that even though the current situation is unpleasant for many people, some exam centers still have availabilities. Let's hope that travel restrictions will ease in a near future.

Congratulations @littlebigfab well done. even though Red Hat is going 100% Ansible, puppet still has its place in the configuration managment camp and market share, all is already disrupted by containers and kubernetes. never theless. it is a good skill to have.

Quick question: If I have RHLS with 5 exams can I schedule an exam after RHLS expiration date?

For example RHLS expires in August and I want to take the last exam(s) in September and October.

In general, exams expire with the RHLS, but due to the covid-19 situations, exams expiration date has been extended by 3 months.

It is again happening.
It is ridiculous that Red hat again cancelled my exams.

My exams are expiring in September and there is no slot to schedule exams for the next 3 months in Poland. 
I am totally frustrated about that situation.
It is totally destroying my learning plans.

Sorry to hear, the situation is impacting many, including Red Hat, as some exams center are also still closed.

Contact the support team for the exams expiration, I am sure they will extend it.

As for disrupting learning plans, it's the same for many, unfortunately. I struggled to attend an exam in December, then the covid, and now it's 6 months later and still was not able to attend the exam. I had to retrain also.

Being curious, what exam is it you are supposed to attend, because in August some exams should be available remotely (only a few, only, so far)
