Dear Red Hat,
We did not receive any information regarding Exam Kiosk availability while the COVID-19 and restriction around that are in place.
In my country, the Red Hat Partners where kiosk exam resides are closing the offices due to government restrictions.
Could you please confirm that you are developing some solution which will be extending the exams expiration period for the exam until the situation will be back to normal?
Or is there any plans to attend exams from home?
I know this is a difficult time for many of us.
Please care for each other and our communities when it counts.
Stay safe and healthy.

I think there are quite a few of us in this situation. I dont see any reason why exam vouchers cannot be extended.

There is a massive amount of people affected. All planned classes are moving into a virtual experience, but all exams should be postponed until further notice.
Due to this situation, I would feel bad if RH would not extend our kiosk exams too.
I expect positive closure of this matter.

Greetings,
I like the way Microsoft and Linux Foundation are doing it from home online. I guess Red Hat have to reconsider this possibility and think what us customers and end users would like to have as well as the industry. the Kiosk issue is getting worst with COVID-19, I have to travel outside the country or to another city. time slots are not enough in Saudi unless you book 2-3 months in advance and the KIOSK is not down. now with self isolation and quarantine and restricted travel I see several issues as already pointed out earlier. looking forward to a postive change. Corona is forcing us to make some technical and social changes in our life, lets learn from it.

I am in the same situation. Exam vouchers are expiring end of April, and I can't schedule my exams.... Looking forward to a solution, for example extending the exam voucher duration...

I’m not in a position to announce anything just yet, but I will say that we are working on new ways of delivering exams to address market needs during this time; ways that address exam availability without compromising the integrity of the program.
