What questions do you have about the Red Hat Training and Certification COVID-19 Response?
Hi all,
Red Hat recently published the official Red Hat Training and Certification COVID-19 Response.
I have created this new thread to capture additional questions this community may have - but before posting a question below please consider the following:

Similar situation here!
My ROL subscripton exp 06.30 and Iand I can't take the exams :(

I also have the same query. My Learning subscription ends on August of 2020. Does the 3 months extension apply to me as well?

I believe that anyone holding a valid RHLS has the same issue.
Due to the inability to travel and due to the fact that most (if not all) Testing Centers are closed for an indefinit period of time, we are unable to take any exam.
Looking forward to an official response from RH!

The RHLS and ability to test should correlate directly.
The RHLS really needs to be available up to the point of testing to ensure currency with the material. I hope this is the case.

What about people who have existing learning subscriptions that expire soon but cannot proceed with exams due to travel restrictions etc. Will all existing accounts that go through this period get a 3 month extension as well?

Hi,
I read the article, and i am happy to read that RHLS certifications scheduled will be extended.
But: I searched this in the my ROL page, i couldn't find it. I try schedule an exam, but I see that the expiration date has not been extended :(

@Deanna Thank your answer.
I opened a case, and I got this answer:
"If you are not enrolled for any exam, then that doesn't fall under the extension of eligibilities view.
but, you can still enroll if your subscription is valid, then they become eligible for the eligibility extension."
(But: I have 2 enrolled exams, and I don't see the extended date)
I think this is important information for everyone

I can't see extended date for my enrolled exams either. Also I planned to enroll some more exams and fit it into 3 months extened period. Does this extension apply to RHLS after expiration at all? @Deanna
