In the right side of the page the is Format (of the training) and a "What's this?" link next to it. The ways to train are below. What do you mean by "I dont have the possibility to visit the 5 days course"? You cannot travel+attend the 5 days classroom? Or because of the cost (~2000 USD)?
For the RHCSA exam and certification (EX200), RH124 is only the course, no certification for RH124 (maybe a completion of course proof), you do not need to attend RedHat official training to attend the exam. You can buy books from Amazon, buy online training from 3rd party (google "RHCSA reddit" and you will find information about 3rd party training), buy online training from Udemy. And of course use RedHat free product documenation (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8/) - but this is more information than the RHCSA(EX200) and not structured for the RHCSA and not real life examples.
