Can multiple manifests be imported into an organization?

Hi,

For example if we take subscription of 50 systems in one maifest and import it into an organization and we later need subscription for 50 more, will we need to generate another manifest and import it into the organization.

I believe you would not create a new manifest, you would refresh your manifest.
