How is your course's status?

when i click on download its dissapears
Maybe you should open a case at Red Hat Customer Portal, so they can help you on this.
I can't download my Certificate of Attendance???

Same problem here.
When clicked on the button that arrow shows
a popup window appears, and if I click [PROCEED] , nothing happens.
If I open to Inspect, I see this below
