Cant download Certificate of Attendance

I can't download my attendance certificate 

someone help

Have you tried another browser? Or an Incognito / InPrivate window of the same browser?

It could be a feature or plugin which blocks popups or downloads.

Yes, I tried Chromium (clean from addons), Chrome (normal & incognito), Firefox (normal & incognito) and Vivaldi.

Also I sent an email to Red Hat Request Management and they answered back that "This is something you need to reach out to your regional training team for help as this is out of our hand".

I reachead them out, and send me a Certification of Completion, that is nothing to do with Certification of  Attendance.

Below is what I get if I check "Inspect"

and this if I try to reproduce via

I think we may be misunderstanding each other, because a "certificate of completion" usually is exactly the same as a "certificate of attendance".

Both are names used for a cert which proves that you finished a piece of training. So if you completed an online elearning, you would get a "certificate of completion/attendance".

• On the top right corner, click on your account icon and select "My Profile"

• Click on "View completed courses" button, and now you would be able to download the Certificate of Attendance (COA) for all the completed courses
