Two days ago, I took the RHCSA 9 (EX200) exam and passed, though just barely. Below are my scores. However, I'm still unsure about the container-related question. . As a result, I received 0 marks for that section. I asked the proctor for clarification, but they weren't able to provide any answers

Manage users and groups: 75%

Manage security: 100%

Manage containers: 0%

Exam proctors are not allow to provide "help" on exams for questions you might not understand. They can only provide "support" from a technical perspective and ensure nothing is wrong with your exam or the environment. As @Chetan_Tiwary_ suggested if something in the way the question was worded was unclear, you should provide and submit feedback directly in the exam. If you want to provide feedback after the exam, you should use the Exam Feedback and Comments that @Chetan_Tiwary_ provided above.

@Hiremath  If you have faced any issues with the exam tasks itself - you have a feedback button there to submit the same.

For specific feedback on exam questions or your exam experience the only way to provide feedback or get questions answered is through the official certification comment form,
https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments

When you report an issue to the proctor during exam, the proctor checks it and also engages exam support ( if required ) and if they confirm to the learner that there is no issue from the exam backend side - which means the learner is doing something wrong with the task / step or didnt understand the objective of the task. I have given many Red Hat exams now and every time it felt there was something wrong with the exam task - it turned out - I was doing something wrong. I am not saying that issues could not occur at all  but raise the concern using the above form and you will hear from the exam support with more info on the same.
