IdM create a certificate using UI

Hi,

I'm preparing for the 362 exam and I have a dobut you may be able to help with.

I want to issue a certificate with IdM UI and I'm following this https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/9/html/managing_certificates_... but when I follow the steps, I am asked to provide a db path, which I don't know, if I give /etc/pki/certs I get an error, so I can't issue the certificate, can anyone help please?

Hi, 

I believe it is the same when you use the command line:

certutil -N -d <some_dir> 

it refers to the database where the certificate will be stored.

honestly from UI I have not the slightest clue how to do it.

I would suggest to use CLI. It is much easier, imo.
