Integrate OpenLDAP/IdM with O365

Hi,

Would like to ask if its possible to integrate OpenLDAP or IDM with O365?

The purpose is to use OpenLDAP or IDM for captive portal authentication but using their O365 credentials.

I think ( I may be wrong)   a direct integration is not possible at this moment but openLDAP will integrate to AD which inturn will get integrated to O365. I hope this answers your question.
