Load all user variables

Hi guys,

There are data base user and applications user that loads its own environment variables, I've tried to load variables while I execute my ansible playbook using the ~/.bashrc and ~/.bash_profile and it didn't work.

How can I load those variables?

what was your approach? why don't you use local facts to store host specific variables or host_vars
