I suggest to you to look and select one of "Training and Certification Path" at https://www.redhat.com/en/services/all-certifications-exams
According your "i am beginner to linux", please, put attantion at "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Curriculum" and "RHCE Curriculum".
Than you can test your readiness by using "Training skills assessment" for selected Path, which you can find at https://www.redhat.com/rhtapps/assessment/
