OpenShift Platform installation V3.11

Hi All,

OCPV3.11 installation on RHELV7.6 got failed at Cluster Monitoring Operator. 

If automatic deploy of cluster monitoring operator is disabled in the inventory file then installation is getting failed at step Web Console. 

Could any one suggest steps to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
