Passed EX200 on February 20, 2024

February 20, 2024 GMT+7

I passed the EX200 exam which I was worried about a lot. For someone like me who started learning Linux in a really focused way, after 7 months I was able to pass. I understand that for those of you who are just starting to learn Linux and at the same time do not use an RHLS subscription...it will really be a lot more difficult, with a lot of questions. But rest assured because this is a discussion group for the community, where you can ask any questions.

I received an email notification 2 hours after leaving the exam room, the result was 243/300 points. Additionally, I study for exams through an RHLS Developer subscription; If you have the budget, buy it because the learning path is outlined very clearly, something you will rarely find anywhere, moreover, the knowledge is very standard so when you learn, you will realize that outside Some people configure it in a non-standard way or misunderstand the nature of the problem. If you have bought it, carefully review the 3 courses RH124, RH134 and finally RH199.

I chose to take the exam at the center because the webcam I just bought had a too narrow angle, making it impossible to record my hand on the keyboard and my face at the same time. If you want to take the exam at home, make sure it has a ultra wide angle (it would be great if it had a 120 degree wide angle) and can clearly see your ID card.

Regarding the exam, you should refer to the documents and videos that Red Hat has provided to familiarize yourself with steps such as the exam interface on the browser, how to control server power such as turning on, turning off and restarting. ...

Good luck for everyone!!!

Hi Chetan, yes RHCE certification is the next goal, even though I know it is very difficult but I still hope to complete it this year.

Congratulations @huyvl3-fptcloud .

I passed the rhcsa yesterday but took the remote exam at home. I bought 3 webcams on amazon and sent back 2 before finding one able to see correctly mi ID.

The whole experience has been a little rough ( copy/paste not working, alt-tab not working .... ) but I'm going the same way for rhce exam too.

Study has no limit, improvement has no limit

Like my experience, copying and pasting is not allowed, nor is moving quickly between words, I have to move character by character.
