RH318 4.3 AMD CPU issue

I've faced the issue regarding AMD CPU usage on RH318 course. The fact that rhvm is Intel CPU prebuilt self-hosted engine prevents running it on AMD. I didn't find the Intel-only CPU requirement for the course
