FYI, it appears Chapter 5 exercises relating to Custom Products are affected by the y2k20 bz#1789654 - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1789654
This means candidates are unable to see or enable/disable Custom repositories on RHEL managed hosts.
