When will the video classroom come out for the new RHEL 8?
Stable RHEL 8 has not been released yet. AFAIK Red Hat don't publish training for beta products. RHCE 8 should go live in June, meaning that RHEL 8 will also hit stable at that point. I would expect training videos to follow.

i have a RHLS subscribtion until 15/11/2019.
will have access to RH294 and RHCE 8 EXAM with our current subscription ?

RHEC 8 objectives go live on the 3rd of June, so in theory you can enroll to the exam straight after that if you want to.
RH124 v8.0 Video Classroom is already live in RHLS. RH134VC should be live sometime next week, RH199VC in early June, and RH294VC mid-June.
