Hi Team,
I have completed RHCSA course and got certified, and I am interested in learning virtualization but skipping RHCE. Without getting RHCE certified, can I learn Red Hat virtualization course ?

Yes, you can take the RH318 training and EX318 exam without any previous specific certification.
If you check the "Audience and prerequisities" section of https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/rh318-red-hat-virtualization , you'll see that the RHCSA or equivalent experience is mentioned, so I think you are good to that this training :-)
hope this helps!

I'm going to chime in here. I took the virtualization course and passed the exam. I have *never* used Red Hat virtualization. Unless you plan on using RH Virtualization at your current job you may find out that your efforts are wasted. Azure, AWS and VMWare are the big virtualization platforms.
