@MG_Bhone          It's great that you've reached out! Know that you're definitely not navigating this alone. Feeling a bit lost in the fast-evolving tech landscape is a common experience, and it's absolutely okay to feel that way. The good news is, this is your starting point for taking control and charting a clear path forward with strategic learning. We're here to provide the support and guidance you need every step of the way!

Since you have already achieved RHCSA  ( congratuations for that, it actually indicates you are on the right path already ) and your day to day operation involve openstack - you can start diving deep into the concepts by enrolling for our openstack courses :

CL110

CL210   based on where you are at your learning path.

post that you can aim for a certification in openstack ( Red Hat Certified Specialist in Cloud Infrastructure exam ) EX210

You can also go for automation tool like Ansible - RHCE is the preferred starting point for this. Post that you have specialist courses and exams to become a core ansible expert.

And then you have Openshift - container based hybrid cloud app devlopment platform which is built over K8s. To start you can have DO180 , DO188, DO280 courses and exams.

Openstack services are now available in Openshift as well - so thats a solid roadmap for you if you are interested.

Have a look at the future roadmap of Openstack here : https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/adoption-strategy-red-hat-openstack-services-on-openshift

Please go through this and let me know how you feel and if you have any questions - I will be happy to help / guide you further.

All the best !
