Since you have already achieved RHCSA ( congratuations for that, it actually indicates you are on the right path already ) and your day to day operation involve openstack - you can start diving deep into the concepts by enrolling for our openstack courses :
CL210 based on where you are at your learning path.
post that you can aim for a certification in openstack ( Red Hat Certified Specialist in Cloud Infrastructure exam ) EX210
You can also go for automation tool like Ansible - RHCE is the preferred starting point for this. Post that you have specialist courses and exams to become a core ansible expert.
And then you have Openshift - container based hybrid cloud app devlopment platform which is built over K8s. To start you can have DO180 , DO188, DO280 courses and exams.
Openstack services are now available in Openshift as well - so thats a solid roadmap for you if you are interested.
