I tried to star a guided exercise, but I get this error message, can someone help me fix it
ok @Ineedhelppls Seems you are using RHA labs and are uisng RH104 v9.1
Try to delete your existing lab and recreate a fresh lab - it should resolve your problem, else you need to raise a support case. Our backend team will check and resolve the same.
@Ineedhelppls Hi! Thanks for sharing the error details.
It appears that the required lab module is not properly loaded. I haven't been able to replicate this issue on my end. I would recommend trying to stop and restart your lab first. If the issue persists, please consider reprovisioning your lab environment and redoing the lab. This should resolve the problem.
@Ineedhelppls Could you please try this workaround in workstation machine :
sudo sed -i 's/RHT_VERSION_LOCK=.*/RHT_VERSION_LOCK=">=9.1,<9.2"/' /etc/rht && lab install rh104
and see if this helps.
Reprovisioning means deleting and recreating the lab environment.
it brings this message:

just to be shure, you mean click on the delete buton? wouldn´t that erase all my progress?
Yes @Ineedhelppls , course progress will not be lost. However, if you have configured something in the lab or have stored some files in it - that will be destroyed but Labs and guided exercises are independent - so you can rebuild the lab env and start from whichever lab exercises you want. Try this and see if rebuilding the lab solves your problem or not.
thankyou, I finally finish the course
