These are the blogs I read.. some do not get updated very often:

phoronix.com - Everything about Linux

certdepot.net - Information about Linux Errata, tips on certification

major.io - Used to be an Architect at Rackspace, now works for Red Hat.. spans code, projects, archtiecture

stratechery.com - Business strategy, technology, psychology.. the perfect intersection of everything tech

fs.blog - Shane Parrish offers insights into the top leaders and disects it for quick absorption

Not all of the blogs on that list are highly technical, but the topics that I'm interested in, are.
