are these commands and options for showing an explanation about the specific command, is allowed in the RHCSA exam?

All the man, info and help options that are normally included in a RHEL system are available during the exam. Also product documentation from access.redhat.com in PDF / HTML format.

But if you need to spend too much time reading documentation during the exam, you will probably not have enough time to go through all exercises. So you need to be quick on your feet during it
