creating centralized yum repository server

i want to create a centralized yum repository server ,which will directly takes all the available rpm from redhat and sync latest continuously. 

In other server I want to use this server latest repository to downalod or update any package instead directly using redhat repos in all individual  server.

@SUSHIL07 The best solution I can think for this is Red Hat Satellite
