Normally, your mount points are stored in /etc/fstab, so that they are re-mounted after a system reboot. If you are concerned that the mount points are not persistently configured, you can list them with the mount command, if you save this output you compare it to the mount command after the reboot, and remount anything that did not come up. In addition, you could compare the out of mount with the mounts you see in /etc/fstab to ensure that everything is mounted automatically. That is kind of a generic overview, because I really don't have enough information, there are other gotchas like is the system using automount for user home directories. You need to proceed with caution, because you can end up with a system that is not bootable.
